Context
From lead volume to consultation economics
The opportunity was not simply to generate more inquiries. Mint needed a system that produced more qualified patients, converted more of them into booked consultations and improved attendance once a consultation was scheduled.
Four problems in the old model
Qualified inquiry cost was too high
Acquisition spend produced inquiries, but the cost of a qualified prospective patient left little room to scale.
Volume could not come at the cost of quality
The clinic needed more qualified patients in the system — not a cheaper stream of low-intent contacts.
Too few qualified inquiries became bookings
At a 25% qualified inquiry → booking rate, most of the paid demand never reached a chair.
Too many bookings failed to attend
Show rate sat at 69%. Booked consultations that did not attend still consumed media and front-desk time.
Build around treatment intent, not generic traffic
Ouroboros aligned Google Search, Meta Ads, landing-page messaging and retargeting around patients showing meaningful treatment intent. The objective was not traffic volume — it was qualified consultations.
Turning inquiries into attended consultations
The campaign was measured beyond lead generation. Each stage was tracked from inquiry through qualification, booking and attendance.

Lower cost. More qualified patients.
The strongest commercial improvement was not raw lead volume. It was the reduction in the cost required to generate a booked consultation.

The rest of the system moved with it
Mint generated nearly twice as many qualified inquiries per four-week period while improving conversion deeper in the funnel. Qualified inquiry CPL fell 29%, booking conversion increased from 25% to 40%, and consultation show rate increased from 69% to 82%.

Why it worked
Optimization moved deeper into the patient journey
Campaign performance was no longer judged only by lead cost. Google and Meta acquisition, qualification, booking and follow-up were treated as one system. That allowed optimization to focus on the metric that mattered commercially: booked consultations.
Key takeaway
More qualified patients mattered more than more leads.
By connecting acquisition, qualification and booking into one measurable funnel, Mint improved patient volume and reduced the cost of generating a booked consultation by 56%.
Build around the outcome after the form.
