Turning social attention into measurable reservation demand
Ember partnered with Ouroboros to turn social attention into measurable restaurant demand. Over 12 weeks, paid social, local acquisition, occasion-led creative and a clearer reservation journey generated 4,200+ reservation inquiries at PKR 333 per inquiry while increasing weekday reservation demand by 46%.

The opportunity
Weekends were easier. The commercial opportunity was the rest of the week.
Ember already had a visually strong restaurant product. The challenge was converting social attention into more consistent reservation intent, particularly during weaker weekday periods.
The product being photographed was a plate. The product people were buying was an evening.
Four problems in the old model
Food-first content created attention, not the full dining occasion
Plates earned engagement. They did not always communicate the evening people were actually deciding to buy.
Weekday demand was less consistent than weekend demand
Weekends filled more naturally. The commercial opportunity sat in the quieter days around them.
Reservation intent needed a clearer path from discovery to inquiry
Interest in Ember did not always have an obvious next step toward a table.
Retargeting needed to re-engage diners who had already shown interest
People who had already watched, visited or considered Ember were not being brought back with a reason to book.
Creative strategy
Sell the evening, not only the plate
Creative moved beyond individual dishes and built demand around the complete occasion — food, atmosphere, fire-led cooking, social proof and clear reasons to visit during the week.
Signature dishes
Strong visual appetite, premium presentation and distinctive menu moments.
Atmosphere
Warmth, lighting, social occasion and the evening experience.
Chef & fire
Craft, theatre, process and sensory energy.
Social proof
Real diners, shared occasions, credibility and group experience.
Weekday offers
A specific reason to visit during lower-demand periods.
Hook. Offer. Format. Audience. Test.
Hook
Capture attention with a strong visual or message.
Offer
Give diners a clear reason to visit.
Format
Test static, video and social placements.
Audience
Match the message to relevant diners.
Test
Compare, learn and scale what drives demand.
The week was treated as different demand environments
Create a reason to go out
Occasion-led creative that does not wait for natural weekend demand.
Turn intent into plans
Capture people already thinking about the days ahead.
Capture urgency and availability
Reservation intent, social proof and active restaurant energy.
Family / group occasions
Broader social context and group dining.
Local acquisition
Paid social created local demand. Retargeting brought intent back.
Meta and Instagram created local awareness and demand. Retargeting re-engaged people who had already shown interest. Campaigns were optimized toward reservation intent rather than engagement alone.
Reservation journey
Reduce the distance between interest and inquiry
Once someone wanted the experience, the next step needed to feel simple. The reservation journey was structured around clear menu discovery, relevant offer messaging and an obvious path to submit an inquiry.

Retargeting
Bring back people who already showed intent
Retargeting became a core part of the demand system, re-engaging people who had already interacted with Ember’s content or shown reservation intent.
Performance
More measurable demand from the same restaurant experience
Paid acquisition, occasion-led creative and a clearer reservation journey produced measurable reservation intent — not just more attention for the same room.

PKR 1.4M in media spend produced 4,200+ reservation inquiries. That is the verified inquiry economic — not cost per confirmed booking.

Demand improved most on the days the business needed it.
The weekday period was the commercial opportunity. The campaign was built to move reservation intent there — not only to add more attention on weekends.

Why it worked
Demand improved when the campaign sold an occasion, not just a menu
Food created attention, but the strongest demand system connected food with atmosphere, occasion and a clear reservation path. That gave people a reason not only to engage with Ember, but to consider an actual visit.
Paid acquisition, creative, retargeting and reservation intent were treated as one system rather than separate marketing tasks.
The product people were buying was an evening.
By turning Ember’s restaurant experience into a clearer acquisition and reservation journey, Ouroboros generated 4,200+ reservation inquiries and increased weekday reservation demand by 46%.
